do you ship internationally?
At this time purchases placed through our online shop are available for shipping within the USA and Canada. If you wish for an item to be shipped outside of North America please contact us at email@example.com.
Customers interested in having items shipped outside of North America are responsible for international shipping fees and custom fees should they apply.
Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS.
When placing an order, please be sure to input your shipping address correctly: NAME, APARTMENT NUMBER.
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or missing numbers re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
shipping turnaround time?
Most items ship within 3 business days from the date of order. If an order is placed over the weekend it will take 3 business days from the following Monday.
Please be advised that during the holiday season , shipping may take longer, keep this in mind when placing your orders.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Effective as of February 2018.
We will gladly exchange your item for another item of the same value within 7 days of purchase. The item cannot be worn and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. All price tags MUST be attached.
Please be sure to consult our size chart(s) before placing your order or send us an email with questions.
Though we are very thorough and inspect every item before it ships, our item may get damaged on its way to you.
If you received a faulty item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty item(s) must be in its original state, not washed or worn and ALL price tags MUST be attached.
The faulty item(s) will be exchanged for the same item you purchased in the same size. If your original purchase is no longer available (sold out or no longer restocked) an exchange for another item equivalent in price can be made.
If you an cannot find an item you like ( should your original purchase no longer be available) we will gladly refund the faulty item.
USPS Return Shipping Labels
pintsizefaith will only cover the cost of return shipping if the item is faulty. Any other exchanges will be at the customer's expense.
Return shipping labels are sent electronically in PDF form.
